Website services for plumbing and heating businesses

We offer seven services, all for UK plumbing and heating firms. You can start with an enquiry website or a redesign and add emergency pages or service area pages later, where the work justifies it. This page explains what each service covers and how to tell which one you need.

Start with where enquiries are getting lost

The quickest way to choose a service is to look at what happens between a customer finding you and a customer contacting you. If people find you but do not call, the problem is usually the page they land on. If they never find you at all, it is usually structure, local pages or how your Business Profile and website line up. If the site is fine but out of date and nobody looks after it, the answer is care rather than a rebuild.

When you are unsure, ask for a scope. We will look at your current site, your Business Profile and the way you describe your work, then tell you in writing which of the services below would make a difference and which would not.

What every service includes

Whichever service you choose, a few things are always part of the work because a plumbing website is weaker without them.

  • Plain-English copy written for your customers. We describe jobs the way people search for them, then explain the detail a homeowner or landlord needs to decide.
  • Credential checks. Before a registration, membership or accreditation goes on a page, we ask for the registration number or certificate and link to the public register where one exists. The Gas Safe guide explains why.
  • Accessible, fast pages. Designed to WCAG 2.2 AA and Core Web Vitals targets, tested on real phones.
  • Search basics done properly. Unique titles and descriptions, structured data, a sitemap and clean internal links.
  • A written handover. Logins, settings, where your data is stored and what to check each month.

What we do not do

We do not sell leads, run a directory or take a commission on jobs you win. We do not write fake reviews or invent case studies, and we will not add a trade logo you are not entitled to display. We do not carry out plumbing, heating or gas work ourselves, so we never compete with the firms we build for.

We also do not lock you in. You own your domain, your content and your website files. If you move to another designer later, we hand everything over.

Questions about services

Can I combine services?

Yes. One option is an enquiry website with three to six service area pages and a year of care. The scope will show each part separately so you can see what each costs.

Do you build on WordPress?

Our default is a hand-built site with a small form handler, because it is faster and needs far less maintenance than a plugin-heavy install. If you need to edit pages often yourself, we can discuss a content system during scoping and explain the trade-offs honestly.

Do you write the content or do I?

We write it, using information you give us in a short questionnaire and a call. You check every page for accuracy before launch, especially anything about registrations, prices or response times.

Do you work outside England?

Yes, anywhere in the UK. Some rules differ between nations, for example on water fittings in Scotland, so we check the specifics for the areas you serve.

Start with a written scope, not a sales call

Tell us how your jobs come in, where you work and what the site has to do. You get a plain scope back by email.
